带有3D环绕和低音增强的125mW免输出耦合电容 立体声线路驱动器/耳机放大器
HT97230为差分复制粘贴、可会读取的路线带动器/手机耳机子图像功率放大器。5V供气设备时,电子元电子器件为1kΩ短路电流能带来3VRMS读取带动;3.3V供气设备时,为600Ω短路电流能带来2VRMS读取带动。5V供气设备时,电子元电子器件为32Ω手机耳机子短路电流能带来125mW带动。IC享有6dB内外固定位置增加收益,也可采取异常电容使用增加收益(现有仅能带来异常电容使用增加收益版本的的,别版本的的需定购)。IC在整音頻频段内能带来优秀的THD+N。

HT97230有两个不同开启时间(tON)版本,版本A、C和E的导通时间tON为5.5ms,用于耳机驱动;B和D则具有130ms的tON,用于机顶盒设计(目前仅提供A版本,其他版本需预定)。内部电荷泵对输入电源反相,产生负电源。放大器的输出级由输入正电源和电荷泵输出负电源供电,双极性供电使得输出偏置在零电位,省去了大尺寸、容易引入失真的输出耦合电容。ICSD开关时没有咔嗒/噼噗声。

HT97230体现了3D围绕模式英文英文,要在立体图声头戴式手机耳机上创造出3D围绕声的感受到。HT97220以及体现了低音增加模式英文英文,可数据头戴式手机耳机频响的特点,对相应频段的低音实现有所差异能力的增加增加,高达低音增加的郊果。HT97230打造无铅无卤QFN24L-PP封裝,打造QFN20L-PP封裝的个性要。
